Availability

Please note that we are processing your order within the framework of our available stock.
In the event that one of our products are not available in our stock, we are committed to contact you via email or telephone within 2 working days from the date of the order, informing you of, for the period of time within which they can be delivered to the product.
Moreover, the availability of the product indicative and not binding.

Return

Right of unjustified withdrawal ( Replacement or Cancel order )
You can within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you received the product himself or a third person designated by you, other than the carrier, to withdraw without justification from your order for any reason. This is necessary in case of theft or loss of transport services.
In any case, the return is carried out under the responsibility of the Customer.
Any product that has been damaged, or whose packaging has been damaged, will not receive compensation.

Damaged goods

Responsibility for any damage caused to the goods from the moment of shipping until you receive it.
Therefore, if during the receipt of the goods you ordered, you find that they are faulty or not working as they should, you are entitled to request repair or replace them, or when this is not possible, you can ask for a discount or refund of your money if it is demonstrated that the wear and tear of the product, after checking that we will have.

Delay in delivery of the order

If you don't pick up immediately the goods are purchased, or if you have requested the delivery to the space you have indicated during the order, you must become a tradition within the agreed date.
If you don't receive the products within 30 days, or within the agreed period, you will need to remind us via email at info@thenutstore.gr either by phone at 210 5727853 and to give us a reasonable additional time to deliver it.
If finally we deliver the goods even within the new deadline, you have the right to terminate the contract and refund your money as soon as possible. You don't need to be given additional time, if there is a refusal of delivery of the product, or if delivery time is crucial and has been marked from the beginning of your order.

Incorrect order

You can within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which you received the wrong order the same or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, to request free of charge to replace them with the products of your order. In the case of an order consisting of several products which are delivered at your option tranches, the period starts from the day on which you received the last product of the above order.
Please, note that transport costs fall in our e-Shop upon return of the incorrect order and re-shipping to the correct one (the product is sent to the customer's responsibility) and the package must include all of documents and packages that were originally in the delivery of the order.

Refund

Your money back within 14 days of receipt of the request for cancellation. However, it may delay the return of your money if you don't receive the goods or the receipt of their return. The money will be refunded including shipping costs you paid when you made your purchase.
